Chocolate Berry Tart

Before we get started, listing out the ingredients with substitutes that you would require to make this delicacy
Biscuits ( Digestive ideally)
Berries or any topping of your choice
Now let's get started with the easy steps for this recipe
Prepare the base of the tart by crushing the biscuits with a rolling pin/blending in a mixer till they're finely granulated.
Melt approx 200 gms of salted butter/regular butter and add to the mix. Combine till it forms wet sand like texture. If using regular butter, add the salt as well.
Set the base mix in the tart pan and press it down using the back of a cup/spoon. Refrigerate this tart pan for 35-40 mins.
Prepare the ganache now. Firstly, heat a saucepan on low flame. Add the whole pack of fresh cream to it. Once it melts, add 200 gms butter to it, keep stirring. Add the 200 gms of castor sugar to this. Lastly, add the chopped up 250 gms of chocolate to it. Keep stirring till you get the consistency you like. Optional : Add 1 tbsp of corn flour.
Now in the tart pan, add the ganache and keep it in the fridge overnight or for 8-10 hours. Remove once ready and top it up as you like!
